Term of Service
General Information:
• Locals Only (Indonesia)
• BCA, DANA, OVO, ShopeePay
• Commissions are for personal use, NOT commercial work.
• Commissions with a deadline are subject to an additional fee.
• Payment is 100% upfront.
• No refunds after the sample sketch is approved and I’ve begun working.
• A commission piece might take up from 1-6 weeks according to the queue.
• MAX 2x revision.As the client:
• You must pay the invoice within 48 hours. Otherwise, I will cancel the commission.
• You may use the commission for profile pictures, wallpapers, and post on public viewing platforms WITH credit.
• Always use the watermarked version. This protects your commission and my art from theft.
• You are not allowed to reproduce the piece in any way for profit (NFTs, tracing, selling merchandise, etc.).
• Never claim my art as your own.As the artist:
• I reserve the right to decline a commission without explanation.
• I reserve full rights to the artwork.
• Should you try to scam me or go against my T.O.S., I reserve the right to put you on a public blacklist.
• I may charge more depending on the complexity of the design.Process:
1). Confirmation of order and payment.
• You must pay within 48 hours, otherwise I will not continue your commission.
2). Sample sketch adjustments.
• You may make any changes at this point.
3). Approval.
4). Rendering, coloring, etc.
5). Final image sent via email.
• Major changes may cost additional fees.Refund Policy:
• 100% refund if I have not started your commission and you'd like to cancel.
• 50% refund if I have already made a sample sketch.
• No refunds if the sample sketch has been approved and I've already begun working.
• If by any reason I cannot finish your commission, I will refund you 100% the amount.
